SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) 

• All US shipping addresses are charged a $8.00 flat rate fee.
• All orders over $150 ships free
• All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 
• 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
• 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
• All orders placed on Fridays after 12pm CST start processing on Monday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter their shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

We hope you love your purchase; however, we understand there are times things do not work out.   Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case.  Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (via virtual gift card).

All items must be shipped to Clara Layne Boutique LLC and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. All items must be returned in its original condition with all tags and labels still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. To ship back a return item please contact our customer service team at claralayne.boutique@gmail.com. In the subject line please include your order number, name, and tracking number once shipped.

Store credits are eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, please check your spam folder. 

Pickup Orders:

• When you receive your order confirmation don't go to the store just yet! 
• You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

• Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
• All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
• Please contact us immediately at Claralayne.boutique@gmail.com  and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
